At Blue Moon Fabrics, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-quality textiles. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed and uncut fabrics in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Fabric
Ensure the fabric is neatly folded, free of odors or pet hair, and has not been cut or laundered, as altered materials are ineligible for return.
Ship the Package
Securely pack your items with the RMA form included and ship them back to our Los Angeles warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned yardage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a standard 15% restocking fee.
